There is hereby created a planning commission for the village to be known as the village’s Planning Commission, pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions of the Enabling Act, Public Act 285 of 1931, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.31 through 125.45, as amended. The Planning Commission shall have all of the duties and powers and shall perform all of the functions as provided by law.
