(A) At the next election, the term of the Village Clerk shall be for a term of two years. Thereafter, the Village Clerk’s term shall be four years; the Village President’s term and the Village Treasurer’s term at the next election shall be for a period of four years, and for four years thereafter at each election.
(B) This section shall take effect 45 days after approval.
