§ 30.11 ATTENDANCE OF MEMBERS.
   Village Council members shall make a good faith attempt to attend all meetings of the Village Council. The Village Council shall declare the office of any Village Council member vacant when that member absents himself or herself from three meetings during the fiscal year without permission of the Village Council. The Village Council shall fill the vacated seat as provided by state statute.
