§ 30.07 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business at meetings of the Village Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Roll call;
   (B)   Minutes;
   (C)   Reports of officers and committees;
   (D)   Communications; and
   (E)   Other business.
