For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PRIVATE. Not open to the public, in that it is not publicly owned, or not otherwise regulated by the state, either by statute or by rules and regulations of one of its administrative bodies.
SWIMMING POOL. Any artificially-constructed, portable, or non-portable pools capable of being used for swimming or bathing, having a depth of two feet or more at any point.
