The regular meetings of the Village Council shall be held on the third Tuesday of each month at the hour of 7:30 p.m.; provided, if the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall take place on the next secular day at the same hour. Adjourned meetings may be held at such times as the Village Council may determine.
