§ 152.31 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   No building hereafter constructed or altered into a dwelling shall be occupied in whole, or in part, for human habitation until the issuance of a certificate by the Building Inspector affirming that the dwelling conforms in all respects to the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   The certificate shall be applied for coincidentally with the application for a building permit, and shall be issued not more than ten days after the lawful erection, alteration, or removal is complete and final inspection has been made.
