§ 152.29 DUPLEX, APARTMENT, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL BUILDING; NEW CONSTRUCTION.
   All new construction of any duplex dwelling, apartment house, commercial building, or industrial building shall require plans and specifications prepared by a licensed architect, if demanded by the Building Inspector.
