§ 152.26 TEMPORARY BASEMENT OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   Occupancy of a basement as living quarters of a dwelling under construction shall be permitted for a period of one year; provided, however, that the basement has two exits and that all sanitary provisions have been made for occupancy.
   (B)   The period of one year may be extended by the Village Council.
