§ 152.05 PERMITS FOR ALL OTHER BUILDINGS.
   For all other buildings to be used as a dwelling, if the plans and specifications comply with the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances pertaining to construction and the Zoning Ordinance in the village, and the laws of the state, and are approved by the Building Inspector, a permit shall be granted and issued therefor.
