§ 152.03 APPROVAL; PERMIT.
   If the plans and specifications shall conform with the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances pertaining to construction and the Zoning Ordinance in the village and the laws of the state, then the Building Inspector shall approve the same, and a written permit shall be granted; otherwise, it shall be denied.
