A registration fee of $5 shall accompany the application to the Village Clerk. Upon approval of the application and receipt of the registration fee, the Village Clerk shall issue a permit for a period of time not to exceed 14 days in any calendar year. If the applicant is building a residence within the village, then the Village Clerk shall be authorized to extend the permit for a period up to 60 days in a calendar year.
