Removal of an authorized trailer from its authorized location for a period of 72 hours, or discontinued use as a residence for a period of 72 hours, will terminate the permit, and re-institution of the use will require application for permit, as in the case of original application; provided, however, that exchange of an authorized trailer for one of comparable or increased value within a period of 72 hours will not void the permit issued to the original trailer.
