§ 151.02 TRAILER COURTS.
   Applications for permits to construct and operate trailer courts made under the provisions of Public Act 96 of 1987, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.2301 et seq., as amended, shall be made to the Village Clerk, who shall refer one copy of the application and the accompanying plans and specifications to the Building Inspector.
