(A) Any parcel or easement created in violation of or noncompliance with this chapter shall not be eligible for any building permit or zoning approvals. Furthermore, no parcel or lot created in violation of this chapter or the Act shall be used for any purpose whatsoever, nor shall the land division be recognized.
(B) In addition, a violation of this chapter shall also subject the violator to the penalties and enforcement actions set forth in § 150.99, and as may otherwise be provided by law.
