It shall not constitute a defense hereto that the parent, guardian, or other person having legal care and custody of a minor who violates any of the provisions of this chapter did not have knowledge of the presence of the minor in and upon any of the streets, alleys, public places, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places prohibited in § 131.01.
