§ 113.04 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This chapter requires that it be effective as is necessary to regulate persons and property for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and welfare under the authority of and adopted pursuant to Public Act 246 of 1945, Township Ordinances, being M.C.L.A. §§ 41.181 et seq. This chapter shall become effective the day after its publication as authorized by law.
