§ 113.03 CONSISTENCY AND REPEAL.
   (A)   All existing ordinances or parts of ordinances are to be interpreted as consistent with this chapter and with state law. Any ordinances or parts of an ordinance in conflict with any of the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
   (B)   Nothing in this chapter results in any prohibitions otherwise allowed under the State Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act, as adopted, or the State Medical Marijuana Act, Initiated Law 1 of 2008.
