For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HOLIDAY. New Years’ Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
PERSON. An individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity.
SALE, GARAGE SALE, YARD SALE, BASEMENT SALE and RUMMAGE SALE, including any similar terms such as ATTIC SALE, LAWN SALE, FLEA-MARKET SALE, AND THE LIKE. Any casual sale of tangible personal property, whether used, secondhand, damaged, or discarded from any residential premises, whether or not located in a residential district, as described by the Zoning Ordinance.
