§ 52.042  UNCONTAMINATED WATER.
   Uncontaminated water from air conditioners, cooling, condensing systems, or swimming pools shall be discharged to a storm sewer, where it is available, or to a combined sewer approved by the state and, if a new building connection for an inflow/clearwater source is necessary, it shall be made separate and distinct from the sanitary waste connection to facilitate disconnection if a separate storm sewer subsequently becomes available. Where a storm sewer, combined sewer, or natural sewer is not available, such uncontaminated water may be discharged to a sanitary sewer only upon written approval by the town.
