§ 52.002  STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby requires from each owner, lessee, or user (customer) of property in the town a stormwater management fee of $0.75 per customer per month, with such fee to be included in the customer’s monthly utility bill.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall collect and retain such fees in a separate fund.
