§ 33.036  VIOLATIONS.
   A violation of any provision of this subchapter may be considered a major rule infraction under the personnel policy and just cause for disciplinary action up to and including discharge. In addition, refusal to adhere to any part of the policy may be considered an act of insubordination and may lead to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
