§ 33.016  PAID HOLIDAYS.
   All full-time employees shall receive the following paid holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve Day; Christmas Day; New Year’s Eve Day; and New Year’s Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday shall be the Friday preceding. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday shall be the Monday following.
