§ 150.03  ESTABLISHMENT OF SETBACKS.
   No structure, building, residence, or septic system shall be constructed within 200 feet of any existing municipal well owned or operated by the town. This setback requirement shall not apply to any road constructed or approved for construction by the Town Council for the improvement of the town park.
