§ 30.20  CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   Pursuant to Chapter 255 of the Acts of 1965 of the state, the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish on the records and accounts of the town a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund account.
