§ 110.02  PERMIT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any peddler/solicitor to engage in business in the town without first complying with the requirements of this chapter, including obtaining a permit and paying a registration fee.
   (B)   A peddler/solicitor operating with a valid permit shall maintain the permit on his or her person at all times when conducting business, and shall, if so requested, present the permit to those upon whom he or she calls.
   (C)   A peddler/solicitor operating with a valid permit shall conduct business only during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved.
