§ 92.05  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning
   MOTOR VEHICLE or VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is or was equipped with a motor and shall mean any portion of a motor vehicle which is detached from the main portion of any vehicle.
