(A) The town, through its Clerk-Treasurer, Town Marshal’s office, or any other agent of the town, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8 et seq., as amended, shall charge the sum of $1 per page for all requested copies, certification of copies, or facsimile of copies.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
