§ 90.18 AUTHORITY TO SHOOT DOGS.

   Whenever the Animal Warden or Police Department find any dog, cat, or other animals running in packs, vicious, or in such condition as to be dangerous to attempt to capture such animal, then said Animal Warden or Police Department is authorized to dispose of said animal where it may be found shooting same.
