§ 90.11  KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS.
    It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor within the town any vicious dog or any dog, cat, or other animal that creates a nuisance, or which, by loud, frequent, or habitual barking, howling, or yelping, causes annoyance or disturbance to the neighborhood. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor for more than 24 hours within the town any horses, cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, fowl, water fowl, or other farm animals, except that this provision shall not apply to any such animals brought into the town for the purpose of participating in any animal show or exhibit during the time of such participation.
