(A) For the purpose of this schedule, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE. A motor vehicle used to transport construction materials, that is moved by an engine or motor that is part of said vehicle, over streets or alleys. Municipal vehicles including, but not limited to, garbage trucks are deemed not to be CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES.
(B) A person shall not drive a construction vehicle on the streets or alleys of Sunset Meadows Addition in the town wherein the total weight of the vehicle including load is in excess of eight tons, except for garbage trucks, except that it is permissible for said construction vehicles in excess of eight tons to enter or exit from Otten Road onto Freeman Street in order to enter or exit Part IV of Sunset Meadows Addition.
(C) Garbage trucks are exempted from the provisions of this schedule.
(D) A violation of this schedule constitutes an offense with a penalty of a fine of $50. The second violation of this schedule constitutes an offense with a penalty of a fine of $200. The third and subsequent violations of this schedule constitutes an offense with a penalty of a fine of $1,000.
