§ 53.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   The first violation of § 53.20 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50.
      (2)   A second violation of § 53.20 after finding of a previous violation, shall be $100.
