Items to be picked up are ashes in double bags, cans, paper, newspapers and magazines, cardboard boxes broken down, and kitchen garbage, each of the aforesaid items to weigh under 40 pounds. GARBAGE shall mean all putrescible animal solid, vegetable solid, and semi-solid waste resulting from the processing, handling, preparation, cooking, serving, or consumption of food and food materials. Items which shall not be collected include any chemical cans, grease, furniture (including stoves and washers) and any items weighing over 40 pounds. Grass clippings, limbs, and leaves shall not be picked up.
