§ 52.072  APPEALS.
   A decision made by the Superintendent and/or Town Council under this subchapter may be appealed to the Town Council by submitting a written appeal within ten days from the date of the decision. The written appeal should be addressed to the Town Council and sent by certified mail. Copies of the appeal letter shall be provided to the President of the Town Council. In considering an appeal, the Town Council may affirm, modify, extend, or overrule the prior decision in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of this subchapter.
