(A) Tap fees have been previously established by ordinance of the Town Council and are required to be paid to the town prior to the installation or connection of any new water/sewer service or extensions to the public water system or the sanitary sewer service.
(B) Any person connection to the public water system or the sanitary sewer system shall, prior to being issued a permit to make a connection, pay a tap fee for each utility connection to the town in the amount set forth by said ordinance(s).
