In the event the Mayor, President of Council or City Administrator deems it necessary to issue a curfew order, he shall do so by issuing a proclamation setting forth the time and circumstances of such curfew order, the persons to be subject thereto, the area or areas to which the curfew order is applicable, and shall publish the proclamation by use of the newspapers, radio and television facilities of the community, and by any other methods available to the citizens.
Such proclamation of curfew shall not continue for more than seventy-two hours without a review and confirmation in resolution form by a special meeting of Council in quorum. Such resolution shall state the persons to be subject thereto, the area or areas to which the curfew order is applicable and such information shall be published as in the case of the original proclamation.
