(a) “Smoking material” means any cigar, cigarette, pipe, weed, plant or other smoking equipment in any form.
(b) The possession of lighted smoking material is prohibited in any public building owned by the City except for areas which are designated by the City Administrator as smoking areas and which are appropriately marked with signs indicating that they are smoking areas.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense.
