507.03 EXCESSIVE AND UNNECESSARY NOISE PROHIBITED.

No person shall make, continue or cause to be made or continued any unnecessary, excessive or offensive noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others.
