353.12 USE OF COIN COLLECTION CARTS.

Should a coin collection cart be provided, the designated person, in collecting coins, shall cause the removal of the coins from the coin box of each meter to be in such a manner as to permit the coins to fall unobstructively into the coin collection cart and deliver the same to the City for county and deposit as provided in Section 353.11.
