353.03 PLACEMENT OF METERS.

Parking meters shall be installed by the Chief of Police and shall be erected upon the curb or street adjacent to the parking meter space, or between two such parking meter spaces, so as to show by signal that the space adjacent thereto, to which it refers, is or is not legally in use.
