351.15 PARKING OF TRAILERS AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   (a)   No trailer (as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01) or recreational vehicle (as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01) shall be parked or left standing on any street or alley within the City limits at any time. However, other than in a no parking zone, a recreational vehicle may be parked or left standing on a public street or alley for purposes of loading or unloading for up to twenty-four hours in any one week period. If the recreational vehicle is left on any street or alley for a period exceeding twenty-four hours in any one week period, it shall be conclusively presumed that said vehicle is not being loaded or unloaded and that shall constitute a violation of this section, irrespective of whether the vehicle has been moved or is in a different location. All other provisions of this chapter shall also apply to the parking of recreational vehicles.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
