313.09 MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE PROHIBITED RIGHT TURNS ON RED SIGNALS.

The Municipal Administrator shall from time to time determine those locations where right turns against steady red signals are prohibited and shall cause signs to be posted at such locations giving notice of prohibited right turns.
