311.03 TOY VEHICLES AND SKATEBOARDS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   No person riding upon any coaster, roller skates, skateboard, sled, toy vehicle or other similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and when so crossing such person shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians. This section shall not apply to any street while set aside as a play street.
   (b)   No person riding upon any coaster, roller skates, skateboard, sled, toy vehicle or other similar device shall go upon any sidewalk adjoining Route 65 (Dixie Highway and Superior).
   (c)   No person riding upon any coaster, roller skates, skateboard, sled, toy vehicle or other similar device shall go upon any private property used for the purposes of vehicular travel or parking where signs are erected prohibiting the same.

   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
