There is hereby established a fund to be known as the "City Fire Capital Improvement Fund" for the purpose of the receipt and deposit of moneys derived from a tax levy providing for the acquisition of fire apparatus, appliances, buildings or sites as passed by the electorate at the general election held in the City on November 5, 1974.
