Section 1. General Provisions. The Board of Trustees shall elect a President, one or more Vice-Presidents, a Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Director. Officers of the RCRAC shall be chosen from among the members of the Board of Trustees.
Section 2. Term of Office. The officers of the RCRAC shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board of Trustees and, unless sooner removed by the Board of Trustees, until the regularly scheduled annual meeting of the Board of Trustees at which an election is held. Nominations may also be received from the floor.
The Board of Trustees may remove any officer at any time, with or without cause, by a majority vote.
