143.05 PREGNANCY TERMINATION AFTER VIABILITY.

No person shall perform or induce a pregnancy termination upon a pregnant woman after such time as her fetus is viable unless, in the best medical judgment of the attending physician, such pregnancy termination is necessary to preserve the life or health of the pregnant woman.
