143.04 PREGNANCY TERMINATION IN HOSPITAL AFTER FIRST TRIMESTER.

No person shall perform or induce a pregnancy termination upon a woman during any period subsequent to the first trimester of pregnancy, unless such pregnancy termination is performed in a hospital.
