141.18 COMPENSATION FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   (a)   As used in this section, a “part-time employee” means any individual scheduled to work less than a forty-hour week, or any individual who is employed on a seasonal basis.
   (b)   All part-time employees shall not be entitled to any fringe benefits established and offered by the City and enjoyed by full-time City employees, but shall only be entitled to compensation on a straight hourly basis or salary as established.
