(a) Jury Duty. Any employee, whether salaried or on an hourly basis, when called for jury duty by any court of record, shall receive his regular salary or wages from the City while serving on the jury. Any compensation received for jury duty shall be deducted from the employee's regular wage.
(b) Family Death. Any employee who suffers a death within the immediate family, limited to mother, father, sister, brother, wife, husband or children, may have up to three days off and shall receive his regular salary or wages for the three-day period.
