(a) All full-time City employees, whether salaried or hourly employees and with the exception of department heads, shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked over eight in any one day, or any hours worked over forty in any one week. (Ord. 908. Passed 9-10-73.)
(b) All full-time City employees, with the exception of department heads, who are requested to return to duty after their regular duty hours, shall receive a minimum overtime credit of two hours regardless of the period of time actually worked.
